Director of IPPP and Professor of Physics

Applications are invited for the post of the Director of the Institute for Particle Physics Phenomenology (IPPP) for a five year term combined with the post of Professor of Physics in Durham.
The successful applicant will lead the IPPP as Director for a five year term. They will have the ability to maintain and enhance the IPPP’s outstanding reputation as a leading research institute in particle physics both nationally and internationally, and will be an internationally recognized expert in particle physics phenomenology. Excellent leadership skills, coupled with the drive and ability to make a significant contribution to the Institute, Department and broadly within the University is an essential requirement.
