The announcement of the Higgs boson observation on July 4, 2012 in a dedicated seminar at CERN marked the conclusion of a five decades long saga, and the beginning of a new era of detailed measurements and characterisation of the scalar sector.

With the opportunity of the 10 year anniversary of the Higgs boson observation, we organising an event aiming to reflect on the challenges of the discovery and subsequent measurements of the Higgs boson, and to discuss the future.
