IPPP post-doc Aleksei Rusov was awarded the prize for the best international PhD thesis from his Alma Mater, the University of Siegen in Germany.

The IPPP was hosting the International Particle Physics Masterclass on Thursday 28th of March 2019 with close to 100 Y12/Y13 pupils from the regional schools.

Dr. Andreas Kronfeld is visiting the IPPP within the DIVA program. During his stay he will also visit Glasgow University and Southampton University and he will give one of the keynote talks at the IPPP/Warwick Flavour workshop in April.

The purpose of this program is to enrich the program of phenomenological research at UK Universities by providing funds for visiting academics from outside the United Kingdom.
The DIVA program has a deadline of 14 March 2019.

IPPP invites applications from UK-based permanent academic staff for IPPP Associateships. Associateships are awarded to individuals or small teams, and are funded by the IPPP. The next deadline is 31st July 2019

Former IPPP PhD student Matthew Kirk was awarded the Springer Prize for his thesis with the title Charming new physics in beautiful processes. Matthew is now a post-doc at La Sapienza in Rome.
