Precision QCD at hadron colliders. Multi-loop amplitudes in gauge theories.
I am interested in looking for subtle deviations in the Standard Model in collider physics experiments by providing precise
predictions of the large backgrounds of strongly interacting radiation. Computing the necessary quantum corrections within
Quantum Field Theory involves extremely difficult and often intractable calculations. By studying the mathematical structure
of scattering amplitudes in gauge theory we can find new approaches to these computations which rely only on physical degrees
of freedom and can alleviate the traditional bottlenecks.
