We have an opening for a 3-year Research Associate to join our LHCb group at the University of Manchester. The group is one of the leading groups in the experiment. The job is sufficiently flexible to be suitable for a recent/imminent graduate or a candidate with previous postdoc experience. The post will mainly focus on analysis and will have an element of work on the operation of the newly installed Vertex Locator. We welcome candidates who strengthen our existing analysis effort, especially in charm or with semi-leptonic decays, but are also open to other proposals. We are happy to have a diverse team in Manchester and strongly encourage candidates from underrepresented parts of the community to apply.
