Accommodation & meals: Unless registration exceeds our funding capacity, participants will be accommodated in Collingwood College and will have meals provided for them. Rooms will be available for the nights of 15 and 16 September; additional nights may be possible at the discretion of the organisers.

Registration fee: There will be no registration fee.

Meeting venue: The meeting will take place in the Ogden Centre for Fundamental Physics (number 12 on the map). This is 800m from the Collingwood (number 6 on the map). All sessions will be in the IPPP meeting room OC218.

IPPP
The Institute is located in the Ogden Centre for Fundamental Physics, adjacent to the main Physics Department building on the University Science Site (number 12 on the University map above). If you are arriving by train it is a 20 minute walk from the railway station to the Department, or you can take a taxi.
Collingwood College is situated south of the science site, about 10 minutes walk from the Physics Department. (It is number 6 on the University map). It is a 30 minute walk from the railway station.
