This workshop aims at instigating discussions between theorists and experimenters from a wide range of communities. The goal is to explore avenues for finding new fundamental physics at low energy, in other words without colliders. Topics include

• searches for particle electric dipole moments
• sensitive tests of gravity,
• precision atomic spectroscopy,
• searches for axion-like and other very weakly interacting particles.
