Pseudo-goldstini in Gauge MediationAlberto Mariotti (Brussels University)Event Date: Thu 17 May 2012, 14:15 Abstract: First, I will briefly introduce some aspects of supersymmetry breaking and its mediation to the MSSM. I will then consider a scenario with two decoupled susy breaking hidden sectors, where one expects to find two light fermions in the spectrum: the goldstino and the pseudo-goldstino. I will describe the mass induced to the pseudo-goldstino by radiative corrections in a general gauge mediation framework, showing that this mass is naturally around the GeV scale. I will then introduce a simplified model that encodes the pseudo-goldstino mass and couplings, and I will discuss some of the phenomenological consequences and possible collider signatures.
